How We're Riding the Post-Launch Wave and What's Next
A few weeks ago, Swytchcode launched on Product Hunt and became the #1 Product of the Day.
The launch was exciting, but what happened after has been even more interesting. As we close out the year, here's a quick and honest update on what post-launch life looks like for us and where we're headed next.
π Post-Launch Momentum
Since the launch:
120+ developers/customers have signed up, with new signups every day. Also, a couple of returning customers, which means a lot to us considering ours is a B2B niche product. Here are the screenshots from Firebase.

We've started partnering with multiple companies and product teams, a strong signal that this problem really exists
We're having ongoing conversations with developers, including a few well-known teams, which has given us a lot of confidence in the direction we're taking
This phase has been less about launch hype and more about real usage, real intent, and real conversations.
π¬ Feedback Has Been the Real Win
Post-launch, we've received a lot of thoughtful feedback:
Who should we reach out to next?
Where the product needs to change
What's confusing in our website messaging
What do developers actually expect this kind of tool to do?
Several things on our roadmap right now came directly from these conversations and not from our original assumptions.
π When Others Describe Your Product Better Than You Do
One of the most motivating moments for us was seeing independent write-ups that fully understood what Swytchcode is trying to become. For example, this review captured both the current value and the future potential of the tool really well:

It was a wonderful reminder that the idea resonates, and now execution matters more than ever.
π¨ What We're Building Next
We're already preparing for our next launch.
This isn't a side feature. Itβs the obvious next step in this space, driven directly by:
Repeated customer requests
Clear patterns in developer workflows
Gaps we keep seeing across APIs and SDKs
We'll share more very soon.
π Thank You, Product Hunt
Product Hunt didnβt just help us launch, but it helped us build better and started our marketing momentum. At least now a few of the people know us.
If you tried Swytchcode, shared feedback, wrote about it, or even just followed along, a big thank you. It genuinely shaped what we're building next.
π Wrapping Up the Year
As we head into the new year, we're excited, focused, and grateful.
Happy New Year to everyone building, shipping, and learning in public.
We can't wait to show you what's coming next!

Did you conduct any specific post-marketing activities after the launch? Or reminders for supporters that helped you to get attention and more active users afterwards?
Swytchcode
@busmark_w_nikaΒ Thanks Nika, for asking these. Yes,
We wrote a forum post after our launch and did thank our supporters.

Also, a week ago, we sent out a newsletter to all the members of Swytchcode

This was one of our last marketing activities of the year. The only thing remaining is posting on Hacker News today.
Let me know, if I could have done more or missed something.

@chilaraiΒ Thank you for letting me know. I am preparing for one launch (marketing strategy), and Hacker News is also on my list, but searching for similar platforms that can "make PR" βΒ This is how I see the HN.

@busmark_w_nikaΒ Oh! You have such a big following on PH and LinkedIn. With such a huge fanbase, why do you need to go elsewhere π? You'll immediately get a giant spike in traffic after you make a post. But, if it's for SEO and LLM visibility, then it makes sense

@chilaraiΒ Thank you, but I have always had the opinion that it is better to be prepared and not rely only on numbers, but on strategy. :D

Really appreciate this transparency π

@getsifulΒ yes nothing to hide. It's definitely getting betterπ.
We could have done more on marketing but want to focus more on improving the product first
