As someone who's conducted interviews multiple times for the same job description I can see how much of a game changer this is for both the interviewer and interviewee. No more cycle of repeating yourself on every interview, let GPT handle it for you. We also now get job description as accurate to the role as possible so the questions asked can be relevant. There's even an access to transcriptions/videos and grading if one want's to go in-depth for a particular interview. As for a candidate I can see one can decide when to start the interview (Rather than scheduling back and forth). One can answer and express freely without the feeling of being watched constantly. BONUS for how the interviewer sounds more human compared to most AI based services I've come across.

This is great for jobs that have to process a lot of applicants. I also think people with a lot of social anxiety would rather interact with an unbiased robot than a biased individual. A lot of potential here!
