Surely I can't be the only one who sees how exclusively AI interviews is a terrible idea? Like, maybe as a pre-screening or something but genuinely, like as an all-catch tool? No. We shouldn't exchange every single human interaction for a robotic one. Gods. Have none of you read Fromm? "a time-saver, makes hiring streamlined" for what? What are you going to use this newly freed up time for? What are you going to do when your new hire turns out to be an obnoxious nest-stirrer who can only work with AI and not their colleagues? Come on now. Good product for screening perhaps, terrible from the POV of humanism and humanity.
