Tana is breaking new ground everyday and its incredibly exciting to be a part of the Tana community. Tana mastery has become a core enabling skill for me across all domains personal, professional, and academic. There is no other tool that can so effortlessly and adeptly manage and maintain all of these horizons, simultaneously, with microscopic granularity or macroscopic symbiosis, without loss or failure, and with such great elegance and beauty. David Allen (famous for GTD, look him up!) tried and failed to build the "Ultimate GTD App" because of technological limitations and a lack of market awareness. Well, what DA doesn't know is that Tana has arrived. Tana largely fulfills his technological vision, at least as it applies to me, and I believe market awareness for Tana will be a non-issue as well. As more people discover the secret that sets Tana apart from all other apps aimed at this market (hint, its not just the tech, but the incredible people behind Tana), there is no limit to what the future has in store.

I've used Tana for 1Y. Can't say enough good things about the product. It replaced Roam in my personal tech stack. No looking back.

We love hearing stories like that, @sam_polito! And we're only getting started

Have been using Tana for more than a year now and it continues to get better and better and has become an essential part of every day. There is nothing else close for me. I use it every day for things like tasks and project management, of course, but also use it to link up all kinds of other information. I use voice to journal my thoughts and have Tana come up with summaries, follow ups, and insights. I have built an extensive Japanese learning platform with vocabulary explained with detailed Japanese and English explanation, linked and contrasted with similar words, example sentences - all of this generated automatically. I use Tana to do verbal essays in Japanese and let it correct my grammar, rewrite it as a native speaker would, and suggest vocabulary that would enhance my essay. I feel like I have barely scratched the surface of what is possible and I'm finding new uses every day. And I know it shouldn't matter, but I really love the way Tana looks.

@hibana thank you so much for the support and for sharing your use cases! And although it's not the most important thing we have some amazing designers that really try to elevate the look and feel of Tana ❤️

@hibana Hehe, looks can be important for a tool for many reasons (getting users, not distracting while writing, etc I guess). It sounds quite exciting how you've used Tana to build not only what many of have been doing, tasks and projects (and recipes maybe! ^_^), but also voice journaling and a private learning platform. That sounds amazing! :D

Next generation outliner / second brain product that combines the best of outliners, databases, AI. Incredible development traction, open roadmap and communication, astonishingly supportive and engaged customer base (needed, because this power does have a learning curve). More than you'll ever want, but because of that you can make this exactly what you want. Essential and only getting better.
Aurora
Really appreciate it @george_corrigan! Onwards and upwards!

Tana works the way my brain works. It has been game changing for my personal and professional systems and workflows. The community is engaged, contributes, and collaborates often. Everyone that sees me working in my Tana account wants to know more immediately. Thanks, Tana!
Aurora
So happy to to hear @notreallybob! It's really interesting how it maps so well to our brain!

I have tried many apps over the past decade or so (starting with Evernote) to actively try to manage my knowledge and productivity. Until I found Tana i would jump around, trying different setups to find something that stuck, but nothing ever has. In every instance I have drifted away from solutions when I get busy, seeing it as a luxury there wasn't time for. I came across Tana early in its closed beta and have been using it daily since. For me, the ease with which I can add information, have it "flow" to the right place and be easily retrieved later means it becomes all the more useful when I'm busy rather than the first thing to get dropped. Happy to say I've been Tana exclusive for a while now (no more checking out other apps on the side) as this is the closest match I've found to how my brain thinks, sorts and uses information. This is all despite (up till now) being a beta version. Excited for the team to reach this milestone and excited by what is yet to come from them.
Aurora
Love hearing this @ewan_proctor_mason! We've only begun!
