I used Notion and Roam Research a lot, but Tana is the perfect blend for me. It's ideal for personal PKM (Personal Knowledge Management), personal CRM, and more. The integration of AI features is slick and exciting, helping me find new insights, connections, and saving time I would have spent tagging or summarizing information. Tana offers flexibility in capturing workflows and keeping everything at your fingertips. Its ability to structure data with nodes and metadata makes it incredibly easy to organize any kind of information in almost any way imaginable. Whether you need simple notes, robust task management, or custom workflows without code, Tana delivers.

I'm a Tana Pro subscriber. I've been using Tana since 2022, and I seriously don't know what I'd do without it! I've tried all sorts of personal knowledge management applications - like Workflowy, Notion, Obsidian, Logseq, and more - but Tana is the only one I've stuck with. I use Tana's built-in AI tools (like transcription) quite a bit. The integration with Readwise is indispensable for me because it allows me to easily find obvious and non-obvious connections in highlights I import and tag in Tana.

@jasonwest75 Thank you, Jason! 🙌 Yeah, the @Readwise integration is so helpful!

I have been using it intermittently for a long time. Each time I return to Obsidian, Silver Bullet, Capacities, and similar tools, I find myself wanting to implement Tana's features there. However, there is only one Tana. Once you start connecting all the tags and supertags, nothing else compares. +++ Highly recommended +++

Aurora

That's what we'd like to hear @ovan! Thank you for your support 🙌

So. I can just talk and do my notes. Then suddenly i have the task organized?! Finally a tool to sort private, work and project thoughts from a mess to actual structure!

Great to have the rewrite options as well as different views

Tana’s clean design and the way it handles complex data just feels so intuitive. Excited to see how it evolves—this could become my go-to tool.
