Congrats! I couldn’t find anything in your terms that explained how ownership of courses and uploads work, though. Are you guys granting yourselves ownership or usage rights for user uploads?

There are indeed standard practices governing the terms of service for SaaS platforms hosting and publishing user-generated content. As a startup, we prioritize aligning with regulations such as GDPR and similar frameworks, but at this stage, we must balance this with our resources and focus on product development. Our primary focus is on providing a platform that safeguards the intellectual property rights of course creators. As the CTO, my current focus lies in implementing technology to protect content from unauthorized distribution. Fortunately, protocols like FairPlay Streaming and Widevine offer robust solutions in this regard. We deeply care about our users' rights and will continue to enhance our platform's features to ensure their protection and satisfaction.
