As a professional who has worked on project management and implementation, one of the major difficulties of implementing any project is understanding the requirements. Projects can consist of multiple layers of documentation, requirement specs, and understanding the required expertise on the team. Such understanding can take years to build. While enterprises do have the resources to hire project managers and coordinators, small businesses and startups don't have the same budgets to fill that role. These issues inspired me to work on a project/task management solution that uses AI to guide the process, now called Tasqrr. It's simple to use: describe the project, upload documentation and specs related to the project, answer clarifying questions created based on the requirements, and then have the AI automatically assign tasks to the teams based on their expertise and what they do.
