When @hassaan_raza97 first talked to us about enabling conversations with our replicas, I was skeptical because it involves numerous processes communicating async. All it takes is one of these processes running slower than real-time to wreck the dream. Fast-forward to today, I've initiated multiple conversations with our replicas and the entire experience feels surreal. The vision module is definitely a cherry on top of this magic moment. I couldn't be more proud of our engineering and ML teams to have made this conversational interface a reality. We are eager to see y'all explore ALL the use cases of this awesome product.

This is super interesting! I'm curious, @juju, how do you see scalability in terms of personalization for the different use cases mentioned? Can the digital twins adapt their responses based on user interactions in real-time? Looking forward to hearing more!

@juju @alvinliu Absolutely! Theyre pretty smart- they can change topics, learn, personalize, etc as the conversation goes on. For different use cases, you can also create personas, which give the AI context on the specific use case which goes a long way with personalization 🚀

@alvinliu Yes they can. We have built a conversational LLM as part of the end-to-end suite. But what's really powerful is when a customer brings their own LLM with specialist knowledge. This takes the intelligence and conversation to another level.
