Blockhead - Turn your Apple charger sideways so it fits in more places

Blockhead snaps on to your existing Apple charger, allowing it to sit flat against the wall. Now it can fit in more places than ever. [UPDATED] Redesigned in 2017 for a perfect fit on the latest Apple USB Type-C charger models.

Great, simple concept. It's a "winner".

Omg where it was all the time?! )

Geniuously simple. The problem I see is that would work for flat sockets only. If you're in Europe lots of sockets are deep and the adapter simply won't fit

Are the prongs foldable?
Peter Skinner
@temmujin The prongs are in a fixed position.

@psidentity @temmujin Curious - was this a design decision or a limitation of the internals? I wonder if Apple didn't do this because they didn't like how it looked with prongs folded in sideways. Also, does this sideways orientation add stress on the prongs? I would think that when plugged in straight, you have the adapter flush against the wall to counterbalance but with sideways prongs, there's some angled/rotational vector forces.

@junesix @temmujin Great questions, thanks! The prongs are molded into the shell for strength and safety. There were a few other barriers to folding prongs, but these two aspects were among the most important. The adapter center of mass is slightly to the right and below the prongs, so some amount of rotational force is expected, but we found that even with the largest 85W MacbookPro adapter, the resulting force was quite small.

Haha I love this because it is so useful and necessary.

Please, take all of my money. This is so commonsense that Apple didn't think of it haha.

Alternative colours would be a great addition.
