I have used the Sparq product for almost 7 years. This tool has provided me with numerous actionable insights to elevate my business needs. The Customer Support is superior. We have viewed our CSM as an integral component to our business structure.

Pros:

Great customer support, quick ramp up time, helps uncover actionable insights with hard to reach customers.

Cons:

The UE/UX interface is not as ideal as others, but it still allows our team to garner great insights.
