I'm happy with the product. I'm slowly seeing my numbers improve. Because of these probiotics and the food suggestions, I can now eat red onions and salsa without fear. It's changed my life! I thought it was these foods that disagreed with me, but it was actually the lack of bacteria strains I was missing in my gut that were the problem. I would like to see deeper discounts for test kits since I have to re test every 3 months. I would also like to see Thyrve test kits as part of a normal annual physical and get the insurance companies on board with helping with the cost. Even if was 50% out of pocket. Thank you for creating a personalized program.

Many probiotic brands exist can be found at one’s local pharmacy or store. They probably are made with a generalized formula and that is probably okay. But what if there was a probiotic that could be customized to your gut biome (after taking an easy test from Thryve) that could allow you to achieve your best health potential? I have been a Thryve customer since November of last year. I found my initial and retake test information helpful in understanding gut issues that affected my health and how that could be changed with the right type and amount of bacteria. I have Hashimoto’s - which is an autoimmune disease and gut health is a factor that plays a role in whether the Hashimoto gets triggered or not. Symptoms include brain fog and low energy levels - which, in my personal opinion, is not fun at all. In the time that I have been taking the customized probiotics, I have had more clarity/focus, more energy, and feeling overall pretty good. I am not a scientist, a medical professional nor am I paid in any way to write this review. I am writing with sincerity about a product that genuinely works for me. On top of that, Richard and his team have been very helpful in answering my questions and their customer service is awesome. Good product. Good company. They are rare, but they exist. Thryve is one of them.

How it addresses a need, the ability to personalize probiotics to what you need

Great product with very useful information. I love that they give a list of which foods will help improve your microbiome in addition to providing probiotics made to correct your deficiencies.

I find it interesting that Richard Lin is so responsive to the comments here. I would not recommend this product due to the very poor customer service. I’ve purchased the Thryve test and emailed their customer service at least 3 times with questions I wanted answered before sending kit back in. Not one email was replied to.

I like the idea, but the website feels like a basic e-commerce that I don't want to trust with my health data - it's a pass based on the UX
