Pros:Easy to use, nice reporting tools!
Cons:Not sure.
New tool that I've been using for about 3 months. Easy to get familiar with, comfortable UI, works fast

Cons:Not sure. Maybe UI for Reports section can be better, but I don't have any specific complaints
All the projects have several profiles and roles, each roles implies a different cost (manager <> programmer) and it is no correct to use an average. This is the unique weakness that I find in the tool and it is, according to me, very critical and important
Pros:- Easy to manage projects - Good Reports - Good technical support
Cons:- It is unbelievable that itl can not assign a bill-rate per role (per user) but a unique bill rate for the project.
