Thank you for your upvote, @oleg_eltsov! Do you have an idea for your next idea build with Tiptap? πŸ˜‰

Congratulations on the successful launch of Tiptap! It's impressive to see how it's already gaining traction with renowned businesses. To enhance the product further, consider adding features like version control for collaborative editing, a user-friendly interface, and integrations with popular project management tools. I'd love to discuss more about your product and explore potential collaborations. Let's connect on Product Hunt to exchange ideas and support each other's ventures! πŸš€
Patrick Baber
@realkunalmehta, thanks for your feedback! Version control is almost done. So many people are asking us about a ready-to-use template, but to make it right, it needs some time. We'll see 🀷🏻 What do you mean by "integrations with popular project management tools"?
Kunal Mehta
@patrick_baber Integrations with popular project management tools refer to incorporating Tiptap's capabilities into existing project management platforms commonly used by businesses. For example, integrating Tiptap with tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira would enable users to seamlessly edit and collaborate on content within those platforms. This integration would enhance productivity and streamline workflows for teams that already rely on these project management tools, making Tiptap more valuable and appealing to a broader user base.

@realkunalmehta Thank you very much for your detailed feedback! We will discuss this with our team πŸ™

Congrats on the launch TipTap team! Any timeline on when you will include commenting to the pro features? I've been watching your product for a while but this is personally the killer feature I'm waiting for.
Patrick Baber
@daniel_shiner, thank you for your valuable feedback! You are right, an extension to add comments makes sense. Some of our customers have asked for it as well. I think we need to prioritize this more. I'll talk to my colleagues about it. Thanks! πŸ™Œ
Daniel Shiner
Thanks @patrick_baber. I'll keep my eye out! For more context: I've dug into this topic closely because I am building a product that relies on commenting. Tiny and CKE have the feature, but Tiny's does not work in an embedded or bubble menu mode, and CKE is not compatible with NextJS (yet) and very expensive. Lexical by Meta has a working comments demo in their sandbox, but it is far from plug and play and requires a lot of wrestling to play with NextJS. There is definitely an opportunity to stand out here and be the commenting solution for the NextJS community.
Patrick Baber
You're right @daniel_shiner. We'll discuss it with our team. Thanks for your input!

Congrats on the launch! I couldn't resist but write a positive comment here because Tiptap kit and the team behind it are just top of their game. I couldn't recommend it enough! I've used it in all of my projects, and it's the best alternative to QuillJS/tinyMCE in my humble opinion. I had an easy time migrating from QuillJS to their editor due to its well-thought-out architecture and documentation.
Patrick Baber
@robert_espina, thanks for your lovely words πŸ™ We try our best to have an excellent developer experience!

Probably the best editor out there for any product πŸ’― Used it a while back and highly recommend.
Patrick Baber
@apvarun, we give our best. Thanks! πŸ™Œ What will be your next project with Tiptap? πŸ€”
Varun AP
@patrick_baber Nothing at the moment. But I sure know where to look for if I need the best editor experience πŸ˜€
Zeno Rocha
Tiptap is super cool! Definitely the next-generation editor for the web.
Sebastian Schrama
@zenorocha Good to hear, thanks! What do you think we need to add to Tiptap to be the editor of the next generation but one? 😁
Philip Isik
Thanks @zenorocha! I look forward to seeing tiptap work in resend as well :-)

Congratulations on the launch πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Tiptap is my goto content editing tool! Love it and used it for three client projects so far. Keep up the good work!
Patrick Baber
@moritztomasi, with three client projects you must be pretty good at using Tiptap πŸ™Œ Can we find the projects somewhere?
Moritz Tomasi
@patrick_baber I do consider myself a bit of a Tiptap expert 😁 Really sorry, unfortunately that is not possible. Two are specialised medical tools, which are invite only. And one is an internal admin tool. Personally i like to use headless stuff for my projects, so this has been perfect and my clients are very happy with the experience. Never had a complaint (about Tiptap). If you have some time you can check out our upcoming launch of mailbites.io. We would really appreciate the support (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...).

Interesting launch, Congratulations!
Patrick Baber
@cyriljeet Thank you!

TipTap is epic Was so simple to integrate into our stack and it has all the extras you would need. If you dont need anything, it ships light and clean. This will become the standard!
Patrick Baber
Thank you, @omarmcpizza! 😊 What have you already built with Tiptap?
Omar McPizza πŸ•
@patrick_baber Built a few demo projects Now coming to UnInbox.com And later will come to another Un product for documents πŸ˜‰
Patrick Baber
@omarmcpizza sounds promising! Good luck with UnInbox and the whole Un product family πŸ™Œ
