Great platform if you want to trade crypto along with stocks and other products all in one place (both CFD or buying the asset). Constantly adding new cryptos.

Pro's Continued.... - Superior comparison to other platforms - Copy Trading is easy - Superb range of Crypto Currency As someone with no prior trading experience, I originally was only looking for a platform that allowed trading using virtual money so I can practice and I found eToro. They give 10k worth of 'Virtual Money' to get you in the game. The platform was so easy to use and some of the Copy Traders are so great at communicating with their community of followers I found it was engaging and before I knew it, I was trading with real money. You can see what other traders are investing in (if their profile is public) and follow different assets. Overall it is the community that drives this platform.

I've been using eToro since July 2016 and have had a great experience.  Searching online for an online broker you are presented with many options, but finding one that is reliable, with a good solid reputation and is transparent and easy to deal with can be daunting. Being from South Africa, I did a lot of research comparing the options for trading the instruments I was interested in like US tech stocks and Cryptocurrencies, the choice was easy, eToro was by far the best in terms of fees, transparency. It's easy, fun to use, and the social aspect of it is amazing. I'm happy to say that after using it now for over two years, I can honestly happily recommend eToro to anyone looking for a trustworthy online broker with some fantastic and innovative features. Great user experience that's easy to use and understand. Dollar-based investing. Social aspect is amazing.

Charts can be improved somewhat to match something like trading view.

If users manage money without knowledge. This WILL lead to money loss. The best thing to do is to copy-trade and be patient, then the real gains will come.

I've tried multiple trading apps and this is hands down the best in my opinion. Great to see what others are trading, bounce ideas off other like minded investors and even copy others or get copied yourself if you do well.

The odd technical glitch here and there. maybe more promotions but I know it is difficult given the regulations.

I've been trading for over a year in eToro and I have more positive than negative things to say. Would completely recommend to anyone who wants a reliable & useful swing/long trading platform. Wouldn't recommend it for day-traders, but could work as a beginner option to learn.

- Spread on cryptos could still be considered high (vs non-CFD alternatives), depending on your trading strategy.
