hey guys, we just released an app called "touch grass - beat brain rot" that shows you memes when you’ve been on your phone too much! We built it because like many of you probably feel, it’s such a challenge to limit screentime. We also found the existing solutions didn't actually solve the problem and weren't fun to use. We love internet culture, so, we figured why not use it to make staying off your phone more fun? the key is you can’t end your block early or add more breaks. Decide beforehand how much screentime you think is good for you in a particular situation, and then we make it effortless to stick to it. PSA - you do not actually have to go touch any grass to use your apps. But that would be a great use of your newly-found free time
