Hi there, whatโ€™s the added value compared to Revolut ? Whatโ€™s the gap that this service can fill ?
Gergรถ Hrubรณ

Horrible customer service! For a stolen card they are unable to provide support during Christmas holidays, leaving you completely paralyzed and vulnerable. I would recommend Revolut which has much better customer service

Pros:

Better than banking

Cons:

Worse than its competitors

Need to get contactless

Pros:

It's great I can use in multiple currencies and instant notifications on the app.

Cons:

No contactless on the US Beta Card The billing on TFWise app should be segregated and not merely consolidated on the currency account.

Created an account, deposit 50e (hopefully limited the risk...) logout, login with my pw. written on a paper => pw. error, not recognized! sent 5 reinitialisation pw request since 2 weeks, no feedback from transferwise... this is like throwing money into a black hole. Can somebody give me a feedback about this service, is it a fack, a joke, a scam ...

I started using this card about half a year ago and have mixed feelings about it- in Asia my revolut card is accepted at more endpoints, in Europe its basically the same and Wise just seems like a much more trustworthy company to me. Its probably the debit card with the most eye-catching design that I owned. I often get comments from cashiers or friends.
