Quick context: GPX files power route animations in Travel Animator. But once uploaded, they were mostly read-only — you could only tweak start and end.

We kept hearing the same thing: “I want to add a photo here” or “swap the model at this turn.”

So we unlocked the entire path. Zoom in → every waypoint appears → tap to customise. Models, images, whatever you need.
