The first dedicated app for men on TRT. Track injections with body-map site rotation, visualize bloodwork trends, log daily symptoms, and discover AI-powered correlations between your protocol and how you feel. Doctor-ready PDF reports included.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Yannis, and I built TRTBuddy because I was frustrated.
When I started TRT, I looked for an app to help me track everything - injections, bloodwork, how I felt day-to-day. What I found: nothing. Or worse, generic health apps that didn't understand TRT protocols at all.
So I did what most of us do: spreadsheets. Multiple tabs. Color coding. It worked... until it didn't. After missing injection rotations and showing up to doctor appointments with zero useful data, I decided to build what should have existed.
A few things I'm particularly proud of:
The body map for injection sites - Sounds simple, but properly rotating injection sites matters. Visual tracking makes it obvious.
Symptom-protocol correlations - Most men on TRT have no idea if their protocol changes are actually affecting how they feel. Now they can see it.
The design - I wanted something I'd actually enjoy opening. Not clinical. Not boring. Just clean.
What's next:
Mobile apps (React Native, coming Q1)
Apple Health/Google Fit integration
More bloodwork markers
Community features (anonymous, privacy-first)
I'd love your feedback. What would make this more useful for you or someone you know on TRT?
And if you have questions about TRT in general - I've been on it for a while and am happy to share what I've learned (not medical advice, just personal experience).
Thanks for checking it out! 🙏
