Congrats on the launch Marcel and Sohil! Super excited to test this out for my team.
What are the best ways to make the most out of Tusk for larger changes? How does Tusk handle code generation across multiple components and/or files?
@andrewclu thanks for the support Andrew! Happy to hop on a call to onboard you. :D
It's generally recommended that you break those larger changes into isolated tickets (like breaking down an epic into user stories). Tusk auto-triages those tickets to then surface the ones it can generate a PR for.
Our AI agent refers to an abstract semantic graph of the codebase to reliably find files and symbols that are relevant to fulfilling the task at hand. It's also smart enough to recall insights from past PRs and code review to determine relevant snippets. One of the perks of using an agentic product like Tusk is that it's able to autonomously find dependencies between files w/o relying on a human engineer to copy-and-paste code snippets.

π Congratulations on launching Tusk, @marceltan@sohil_kshirsagar@jytan what a revolutionary tool for product teams!
π The ability to handle UI changes from ticket to pull request without needing code intervention is a huge time-saver. How does Tusk ensure that the changes it makes align with the design and functional requirements set by the product teams, especially in complex codebases?
π§βπ» Integrating with tools like Jira, Figma, and GitHub is a fantastic feature. Could you share more about how Tusk pulls context from these tools and how it enhances the accuracy and quality of the generated code?
π‘ The capability of Tusk to learn from past PRs and code reviews is incredibly powerful. How does this continuous learning process impact the agentβs performance over time, and are there any specific success stories from your beta testers that highlight this?
π Itβs inspiring to see Tusk already delivering significant savings in engineering hours. Looking forward to seeing how Tusk continues to evolve and empower product teams to focus on higher-value tasks. Keep up the great work!
Exciting launch, @marceltan! Tusk seems like a game changer for PMs and product teams. Automating UI changes while ensuring high-quality code is a big win for efficiency. An impressive integration lineup with tools like Jira and Figma will surely streamline the workflow. Can't wait to see how it evolves! π
Congrats on the launch @marceltan and @sohil_kshirsagar! I've used Tusk for smaller tickets in our sprint and it works really smoothly -- I like that I don't have to leave Jira to push a fix. What's next for the team product-wise?
@sakshi_jain14 Thanks for being an early customer Sakshi! The next major release for us will be "automated sanity tests" - Tusk will be able to record a video of it testing its proposed changes so engineers can have more confidence when approving/merging. Stay tuned!
