1. Pricing "Unlimited rows*" leading to "*Fair usage policy" - what does it actually mean?
2. How does Twenty help companies to move their data from existing CRMs? Does it offer any tools to help with data migration (ETL), or support common CRM APIs like Salesforce orHubSpot?
As long as you are below 1 million records by object, you should be fine, otherwise your workspace might feel slow and we would need our team to take a look at the performances of your workspace. We have designed Twenty to support millions of records but as the cloud offering is multi-tenant oriented, the performance of a given workspace might add loads on others. In this case, we would need to move your workspace to a different cluster / database and a more "premium" tier. That's why we added the "Fair usage policy" mention but most of the users should not be concerned about it!
I would say it can be challenging depending on the number of records you have and the complexity of your data model. If your use-case is "easy", we have a CSV export / import tool to help migrate data into Twenty. If it's not, Twenty is API first so connectors can be easily built: during Hacktoberfest 2024, some have been built for various CRM by the community. Recently, we have also introduced workflows (automation) on Twenty side that could help keep both system in sync during the migration but I would avoid it if possible as the overhead vs making a one-time migration is quite big

It’s great to see an open-source alternative to CRM systems that actually focuses on customization and affordability. After dealing with the rigidity of Salesforce in the past, this feels like a breath of fresh air. Does it support integrations with other common tools like email marketing platforms or payment gateways?
Hi @evgenii_zaitsev1 ! For now, the best way to integrate Twenty with other tools is either with our workflow engine, or our REST/GraphQL APIs & webhooks. We do generate a custom endpoint for each object on our REST API to make it easy to call it.
