Tyran makes it easy to create health agents on top of any health data and embed them into your product.
You can easily prompt Tyran to create sleep recommendations, analyse HRV patterns, create better workouts, analyse menstruation information, and much more!
We've noticed over time that connecting to health sources, creating analysis, and applying AI on top was a very long process, and overall a challenging experience for many developers.
We created Tyran to make it super easy to develop health agents and have direct access to wearables, blood reports, health apps, and any health source you imagine.
Currently you can: - Set up multiple agents - Prompt the agents - Attach an agent that is specialised in the health sources you want - Create a health report, or send the data directly to your app - Templates such as: Health monitoring, Stress monitoring, Sleep analysis and many more
What's coming next: - More output types - Scheduling to allow you to run the agents in - More templates - and many more!
Also, we are super open to feedback - add your comment, and we are happy to build the feature you want for them

@kyriakosel So it means we connect our users database with Tyran and the AI Agent will suggest personalized recommendation for (Health monitoring, Stress monitoring, Sleep analysis) each user? Is it what Tyran do?
Hey, @engrshahzaibabid, that's exactly it! You can use Tyran to share a link with a user that allows them to connect their health data. Once they're connected, Tyran agents will analyze their data and produce any outputs you need and push to your app.
I’m Shang En, lead engineer at Tyran. We built Tyran because creating end-to-end health agents used to require a full team, bespoke pipelines, and weeks of work.
Before vs after
Weeks to minutes from idea to a working health agent
From stitching SDKs, schemas, and prompts to a single cohesive flow that ships to production
Congrats on the launch ! The HRV analysis part caught my eye—do you see Tyran being more for consumer-facing apps or also for professional healthcare tools?
Thanks @jason123! Tyran can be used to develop both consumer-facing and professional healthcare apps, with the same features such as HRV analysis available for all users. We’re hoping this can be the start of bringing rapid intelligent health features to developers across the industry, regardless of scale!

Super excited about the prospect of non-technical teams (product / ops / clinicians) being able to tweak agents without needing to ship code. Will there be UI controls for versioning or rollback for agents in case something starts behaving weirdly?
This is super interesting. Going to tinker with it. What about security of the data though? How do you handle PHI/PII? And are you guys HIPAA compliant? Might be a dealbreaker for some enterprise use cases..
@robin_singhvi awesome! We will build an integration with replit too

Congrats on the launch! Love the health AI concept. How easy is it to integrate Tyran agents into existing health apps?

Health data is notoriously complex, so I love seeing a tool that makes it actually usable. Tyran AI turning raw inputs like HRV, sleep, and cycle data into actionable insights feels like a big step toward more personalized health apps. Excited to see how founders and health-tech teams embed this into their products—do you see early adoption more from fitness/wellness apps or clinical use cases?

Congrats on the launch! Am I right that this includes auto integration of wearables? or how to analyze different HRV, sleep, and lab data from multiple users?
Oooh this is exciting! so when an agent pulls health data e.g. from Apple, is it raw or will it be unified into a standardised format before analysis? or does the agent handle device-specific formats itself?
@piragash_selvakumar great question! the agents are able to parse data from any health data source

Fascinating!! I'm excited to see what new innovations are born from this, seems like the possibilities are endless. Are you able to push alerts in real time to users on a personalised basis, or is this just for bulk analysis of users' data? For example, could I trigger an alert for a sudden shift from a baseline HRV?
Hi @curtis_chang1 , thanks for the question! Tyran is able to create agents which independently notify individual users of changes and would be able to trigger an alert for shifts from a baseline level!

@cameron_crawford Nice

But how can the user connect their Apple Health data just using the link? As far as I know, there are only two ways to get user data:
manual export by the user in the Apple Health app
connecting to user's data through HealthKit (so you need to have mobile app)
So I'm wondering how it will work in your case!

Hey PH,
I’m Shang En, lead engineer at Tyran. We built Tyran because creating end-to-end health agents used to require a full team, bespoke pipelines, and weeks of work.
Before vs after
Weeks to minutes from idea to a working health agent
From stitching SDKs, schemas, and prompts to a single cohesive flow that ships to production
What we fixed
End-to-end agent creation: ingestion, normalization, prompting, outputs—without glue code
Agent orchestration and lifecycle: run, schedule, version, and monitor without babysitting
Accessible to non-technical teams: product, ops, and clinicians can create and tweak agents
Easy connections to health data: bring your existing wearables, labs, and app data; we normalize it
Programmatic actions: agents can call your APIs to create workouts, push alerts, or update plans
Specialized analysis: sleep, HRV, stress, menstruation insights, workout optimization—templates included
Contract-safe outputs: typed JSON with validation to protect downstream jobs and UIs
Now you can
Ship features without rebuilding ingestion → transform → prompt stacks
Keep outputs stable and auditable while leveraging AI
Unblock iteration across the whole team, not just engineering
We’re rolling out more output types, scheduling, and additional templates next.
