Really glad to see people still pushing the boundaries of AI in healing & well-being! 🙏
Quick question — out of pure curiosity — could you share a bit about the methodology behind the “94% anxiety reduction” claim? 📊 Not challenging at all, just genuinely interested since emotional data can be so nuanced and tricky to quantify! 💭
@xiayan1999 Thanks for asking! We track this through a 'before/after' self-assessment within the app. Users rate their stress level on a scale of 1 to 10 before starting a session (like the 4-7-8 breathing) and right after. The 94% represents the number of users who reported a decrease in their score during our beta phase. It’s subjective, of course, but for us, the feeling of immediate relief is the best metric we have right now
Does this app also help with exercising and with acting a certain way, so the person stays active and is really pushed to improve habits? Because I can see how it works in a way of conversation, but does it "push" to action?
@busmark_w_nika Great question! That’s exactly why we built Ube with a Duolingo vibe. We don't just talk; we use 'Streaks' and XP to reward you for actually doing the exercises (breathing, meditation). It’s designed to turn mental health into a daily habit you actually want to keep, rather than just a passive chat
This is more my speed than shouty wellness stuff. Sleep’s been off and I hate dumping on friends at 2am, so an anonymous nudge-buddy could help. If it stays gentle and not preachy, I’ll give it a spin this week. Low-key curious how it handles those 3am spirals.
seems really nice and useful. maybe i've missed it somewhere, but wanted to ask: how did you guys train Ube? did you invite psychologists, or just collected the data from the internet? wish you all the bst with the product!

This one was actually one everybody can use. In the fast pace, get up grind and go mentality something everyone couldn’t benefit from. Very nice concept. I’ll have to check it out.
@dubd59 Exactly! The 'grind' is real and it’s exhausting. We built Ube for exactly that: people who are pushing hard but need a mental pit-stop that doesn't feel like another boring chore. It’s about staying sharp without burning out. Let me know what you think once you've tried it

@imchelios wanted to circle back and congratulate you on number two of the day… in this particular ecosystem that’s actually quite an achievement..
I haven’t had a chance to physically check out your application yet, but I will.. and come back to you on more responses
@joyce_qiao1 Glad you like it! We wanted something short, soft, and friendly. 'Ube' felt like a companion you’d actually want to check in with, far away from the cold, clinical feel of most medical or therapy apps

Been dealing with some bad sleep lately (job hunting stress is real 😅) so this came at the perfect time. Gonna try this out!

I've tried so many wellness apps that feel like a chore. The gamification actually makes sense here, building the habit when things are fine so you're ready when they're not.
