Hi Product Hunt! 👋 Ubuntu documentation is extensive, but finding instructions that match your release—and knowing which steps still apply—can take time. Ubuntu.Fan brings practical guides together, organized around what you want to do: install Ubuntu, set up a development environment, run local AI, host a server, or upgrade an existing machine. Since our April launch, we’ve added: • Ubuntu 26.10 coverage alongside the 26.04 LTS guides, with release comparisons and upgrade advice. • PkgSeek integration, bringing live package versions, dependencies, and CVE information where available into selected tutorials. • Illustrated walkthroughs for installation, LTS upgrades, SSH setup, and local LLMs. • A redesigned homepage with task-based navigation and interactive terminal examples. • Updated tutorials and translations across eight languages. The project is open source, and the documentation is shared under CC BY-SA 4.0. Corrections and contributions are welcome. What’s one Ubuntu task you wish had a clearer guide? And if you try Ubuntu.Fan, I’d love to hear where the instructions could be easier to follow.
