A live build: Freelance Foundation — an experiment in collaborative infrastructure for freelancers

I’ve started designing Freelance Foundation, an experiment to see how freelancers can work and grow together through open tools, AI workflows, and community-led systems.

The build is public on freelancefoundation.com — currently early-stage, hosted on Lovable.dev.

No hype, just hands-on exploration.

Focus areas:

• Automation tools for freelancers

• Shared trust/reputation layers

• Lightweight governance models for remote collaboration

If you’ve shipped or tested anything in this space (marketplaces, collective tooling, agent frameworks), I’d love to learn from your experience and share insights.

All contributions remain voluntary and credited — I’m primarily trying to map what works before formalising anything.
