I built a small habit app based on the core ideas from Stephen Guise’s Mini Habits and James Clear’s Atomic Habits — starting small, lowering friction, and letting consistency create momentum.
The app focuses on:
micro-actions you can finish in under 1 minute
streaks that feel rewarding but not stressful
simple reminders to keep the habit alive
tracking good habits & reducing bad ones
It’s been helpful for different users — students doing focus timers, parents guiding kids, adults building fitness or reading routines.
