a backend service also sends automated reminders

3 days, 1 day, and 4 hours before the appointment.

This works through WhatsApp or a chat widget,

and everything runs on a dynamic n8n workflow per business.

The process feels instant,

and it’s designed to replace manual back-and-forth completely.

It may seem like srenshoot is a simple chat,

but the hard part is in the backend and n8n.
