I kept missing tasks hidden inside my emails.

Clients would write things like:
"Can you send the proposal by Friday?"
"Let's meet Tuesday at 14:00"

And I constantly had to manually add them to my task list or calendar.

So I built a small AI agent that reads my emails and automatically turns them into tasks.

It can:
• detect tasks and deadlines from emails
• create tasks automatically
• add meetings to Google Calendar
• send reminders through Telegram

The goal is simple:
turn email chaos into a clear task list.

Right now it works with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks.

I'm curious how other people handle tasks that come from emails.

Do you manually add them to your task list or do you use some kind of automation?
