Build log — Notifications, Reports and Admin Dashboard all shipped today

Quick transparent update from the IndieAIs build log.

Today was a big infrastructure day — the kind of shipping that isn't flashy but makes everything else work better.

🔔 Notifications — 7 triggers now live

Every meaningful action on IndieAIs now notifies the right person:

→ Someone upvotes your tool — you get notified → Someone comments on your listing — you get notified → Someone sends you a connect request — you get notified → Someone follows you — you get notified → New tools and builder updates notify your followers

The notification UX is clean — click to mark as read with a visual indicator, mark all read in one click, delete individual notifications with a trash icon, and every notification links directly to the relevant page.

A community platform without notifications is just a billboard. Today IndieAIs became a conversation.

🚩 Report Buttons — across the entire platform

Report buttons are now placed everywhere they need to be:

→ Tool detail pages — next to upvote and share actions → Builder profiles — flag icon in the social links row → Forum topics and comments — fully covered

If something doesn't belong on IndieAIs the community can flag it immediately.

🛡️ Admin Reports Dashboard

Every report goes into a new Reports tab in the admin dashboard with status filters — pending, reviewed, resolved, dismissed — plus review and action buttons, admin notes per report and a pending reports counter that highlights when something needs attention.

This is how we keep the platform trustworthy as it grows. Manual review, human judgment, transparent process.
