Building a community map for work-friendly cafés & charging spots — feedback?

Hi everyone,

Remote work is great… until your laptop dies or your phone hits 5% and there’s no plug in sight.

I’m building Findy — a simple, community-powered map to help people discover:

• Work-friendly cafés and public spaces

• Places with reliable plug sockets

• Spots to quickly charge your phone on the go

The goal is to remove the guesswork and reduce “battery anxiety” when you’re out.

Before launching, I’d love your input:

• What makes a place truly work-friendly?

• Would you contribute spots if it helped others?

• Should this stay ultra-minimal or include filters like WiFi quality, quiet level, etc.?
