Building Enterprise Knowledge Bases with LLMs in Public: Lessons from 15+ Projects

I'm Will Wei. After 8+ years grinding in FinTech, I'm now leading a small team, full-time, diving headfirst into the "adventure" (some might say "pit" 😂) of enterprise LLM applications. Why? Because we saw so many businesses excited by LLMs but completely stumped on how to actually implement them. It's a real pain point!

Right now, our main focus is helping companies build out their enterprise knowledge bases – basically waking up all that dormant data and documentation with AI so it can actually be useful. Somehow, we've already worked on or consulted for 15+ of these knowledge base projects (some implementation, some consulting, all of them a good challenge for the hairline 😅).

Honestly, this journey is steeper than I imagined. Every client's needs are like opening a mystery box – challenging, but incredibly rewarding when we see AI genuinely solve their problems. That "aha!" moment is just chef's kiss.
