AI chatbots are evolving fast. ATM, they can answer FAQs, qualify leads, and even close deals.
Where do you think chatbot technology is heading? Will they replace human support?
I think chatbots will be way more human-like—not just answering questions but actually understanding intent and having real conversations. NoForm AI already makes website chats more interactive and engaging, and I can only imagine how much smarter they’ll get in the near future.

Chatbots don’t feel. They don’t empathize. They can’t build trust the way a human can. The question isn’t whether they’ll replace us—it’s whether we’ll use them as tools or crutches.

@tina_sisman it's true, they don't. but judging from my own experience, sometimes it's really hard to differentiate human from chatbot (but well, it was an AI chatbot).
