The agents closing the most deals in Dubai have one thing in common. It’s not their network.

Here’s what we found after talking to dozens agents at the Forbes Middle East Top Investors and Advisors event in Abu Dhabi this week: The ones who close consistently aren’t better salespeople. They’re better presenters. They show up with organized, professional reports. They frame investment math clearly. They make it easy for the client to say yes. The rest are sending WhatsApp voice notes and screenshots of developer PDFs. The bar is low. That’s an opportunity.
