Do you need a tool for cross-language video conversion?

Hello everyone, I am an independent developer who has just started a business. I found that many high-quality content cannot be better disseminated due to language limitations. Now I plan to make an intuitive and simple small application, taking cross-language video translation as the first step, to provide batch and convenient processing tools for video creators.
