Feature Requests: What integrations should we build next?

We have a solid roadmap ahead (including our AWS Marketplace deployment for enterprise security), but we want to build what you actually need. Right now, ByChat works beautifully with standard document uploads. But what integrations would make this a game-changer for your workflow?

  • Direct Slack/Discord integration?

  • Notion or Google Drive sync?

  • Shopify for customer support?

Hi, Serhii!
Discord integration would be the most valuable for me. I’m a gamer and also manage a large Discord server (e.g., for Squad), so this would massively expand how we use ByChat.

A practical flow i'd love:

  • I upload server docs (rules, onboarding guide, FAQ, event info, role descriptions) to ByChat

  • Members can ask questions directly in dedicated Discord channel and get fast source-based answers

This could help me and my admin team with explaining server rules and moderation policy, answering basic support questions for new members and reducing admin/mod workload.

It would also be great to have discord notifications for users who interacted with ByChat, whenever important source info changes, so everyone stays aligned with the latest info.
