Feedback wanted: A knowledge base with built-in, auto-updating guides
Hey Product Hunt community,
As an IT sysadmin, I was tired of three things: empty wikis, writing support docs that were outdated in a month, and sending employees to messy vendor guides. (And don't get me started on AI hallucinations).
I've seen firsthand how much time is wasted when employees get stuck with bad instructions.
So, I started building Kandbe, a knowledge base pre-loaded with a library of continuously updated guides for common business software, all in a super clean UI. It's built for internal IT teams and MSPs who would rather solve problems than write "how-to" articles.
Here's a quick look if you have 90 seconds:
I'm hoping to get some feedback before our official launch. My main questions for you are:
Do you know of any other knowledge base software that comes with the support guides already included?
If you work in IT, how much time do you realistically think a tool like this could save your team each month?
We're also looking to partner with a few IT leaders to get real-world feedback and build out some case studies.
You can preview and follow the launch here: https://www.producthunt.com/products/kandbe?launch=kandbe
Appreciate any and all feedback!
Thanks,
Bob K.
