For my fellow freelancers —

Before signing a new client contract, what do you always check for?

I've started keeping a mental checklist:

☑️ Payment terms (net 30? net 60? net never?)

☑️ Kill fee /ancellation policy

☑️ Who owns the work

☑️ Scope creep protection

What's on yours? Building something to automate this ,and want to make sure I cover the essentials.
