From tabs to second brain: launching Corgi’s browser extension 🚀
Hey everyone,
Last week we launched Corgi, an AI-powered “read later” that doesn’t just save links — it reads, remembers, and answers like a smarter version of you. We started with the web app, and now we’re expanding to the browser with our new extension.
Why the browser extension?
We noticed most people save content in the moment they discover it — while browsing. Tabs stay open “for later,” bookmarks get messy, and notes fill up with forgotten links.
That’s where the extension comes in:
One-click save from anywhere (articles, PDFs, YouTube)
Content goes straight into your private Corgi library
No more “I’ll come back to this later” guilt — Corgi already read it for you
Instead of piles of tabs, you have a library of ready insights.
What Corgi actually does
Unlike traditional read-later tools, Corgi:
Reads & digests everything you save
Summarizes in plain language
Lets you ask questions across your entire library
Organizes knowledge into different “Brains” (Work, Fitness, Learning, Projects)
So when you save, you’re not just collecting — you’re building a second brain that never forgets.
Why it matters
The internet has no shortage of content. The real challenge is turning information into insight.
Corgi helps you:
Recall forgotten insights instantly
Cross-connect ideas you didn’t know were related
Save time with synthesis instead of skimming
Think of it as a smarter version of yourself — one that actually read everything you meant to.
What’s next? Mobile apps 📱
The browser extension is just the start. We’re deep into building Corgi for iOS & Android, so you can:
Save content from any app on mobile
Chat with your Brains on the go
Get bite-sized digests when you only have a few minutes
Our goal is to make Corgi always accessible — whether you’re at your desk or on your phone.
Join early 🚀
We already crossed 200+ early users after launch, and the feedback has been incredible. If you’ve ever struggled with too many tabs or too many forgotten notes, you’ll feel right at home.
