Have you had your first major pivot after launch yet?

This is the first time I've decided to throw about 40% (roughly 4 month worth) of my work out the window so it is a little scarry.

The good news is the direction we're heading with the new launch is: simpler, easier to grasp, and (hopefully) offers more exciting features for our audience.

Pivots are part of the success, I know, it's just... scarry and painful, but there is no success without pain!

What is your pivot story? I'd love to read some success stories about pivots, that'll cheer me up for sure.
