I will share the latest glitch I experienced while writing a product documentation recently:
It was a major release, and we had changed our product UI completely, so the task I had in hand was to update the snapshots and video tutorials in our docs. I went till 'n-1' step only to realise that the nth step in the product wasn't registering any input from the user.
In layman terms, it's like filling a 5 page form with no submit button!!! Doc wasted! Tutorial wasted!
