When we were building Sponsorship Manager, we kept seeing the same thing:
Deals tracked in spreadsheets
Deliverables in notes / docs
Invoices handled separately
No clear view of what’s actually been paid
It's fine until it's not, missing follow-ups, deliverables and even revenue! There's no revenue prediction, conversion rates or integrations for invoicing and payments.
I would love to know what's working for you and what's not working.
