How do you keep momentum when early user sign-ups slow down?
so i am part of a team building Cloudsania, a cloud infrastructure platform focused on making deployment fast, secure, and simple.
The early excitement from our network was great, but now that we have moved beyond friends and close contacts, sign-ups and platform trials are slowing down.
We are currently scouting for more feedback and potential early adopters, but it feels harder to reach new people who will actually try it.
For those of you who have been through this stage:
How did you keep growing your early user base?
What channels worked best for getting feedback from people outside your network?
How do you balance building vs marketing when resources are limited?
Would love to hear real, practical experiences because it is getting frustrating

There is a saying that it is easy to bring a client, but it is more difficult to keep him. Many factors depend on this and require analysis.
