How do you usually decide what to create next on YouTube?

I wanted to start a discussion around the problem that led me to build this.

As a creator myself, I found that deciding what to make next often took more time than filming or editing — researching trends, checking competitors, and still second-guessing whether an idea was worth pursuing.

I’m curious to learn from this community:

• How do you currently decide what content to make next?

• What part of that process feels hardest or most time-consuming?

• Do you rely more on intuition, data, trends, or tools?

• If a tool could help here, what would it need to do really well to earn your trust?

I’m very early in this journey and genuinely looking for honest feedback, even if your answer is “this isn’t a big problem for me.”
