What I’ve learned:

Most enterprise systems fail because architecture decisions are reactive — not strategic.

So I’ve been developing a framework I call:

AI-First Operating Architecture (2026)

It focuses on:

• Smaller, AI-augmented teams

• Platform over microservice sprawl

• Cost-aware cloud design

• Integration-first thinking

• Governance baked in from day one
