How we’re rethinking job matching

Most job platforms feel the same - you type a few keywords, scroll through hundreds of irrelevant listings, and maybe find one or two that make sense.

We’re trying a different approach with Talvia.

Instead of depending on companies to post their jobs on our site, we collect postings directly from major employers across the UK, Europe, and the US. Right now, our database has around 100,000 live openings.

With this data we use AI embeddings and our own in-house model to actually understand what each job requires and what each candidate offers, then connect the two without all the noise.

And it’s not just matching. Talvia keeps the job search in one place: an AI CV helper, a cover-letter helper, and a single space to track roles you’re applying.
