3 days ago I launched PrivaPDF — a privacy-first PDF converter that runs entirely in your browser.

No uploads. No servers. No account required. Works offline.

You can merge, split, compress, convert to Word/Excel/PowerPoint, lock, unlock, and sign PDFs — all processed locally via browser workers.

Why I built it:

Every time I needed to convert a PDF, I had to upload sensitive documents to some random server. For lawyers, recruiters, HR teams, and finance people — that's a real problem, not just paranoia.

Open DevTools while using iLovePDF. Then open DevTools on PrivaPDF. The difference is visible.
