I built ProposalGenAI to kill the “how do I write a proposal from messy notes” excuse

I am a product builder, problem solver, fractional executive, and maker of ProposalGenAI.

Quick story:

My workflow used to be:

Great call → messy notes → “I’ll write the proposal tomorrow” → 3 days later… deal is cold.

Not because I didn’t know what to propose, but because I hated the messy notes and blank page, formatting, and rewriting the same sections over and over. Sure, I can drop it in ChatGPT, but I wanted to do something that structured my proposal to be client-ready fast.

So I built ProposalGenAI to do one job really well: Create a client-ready proposal from meeting notes in under 60 seconds.

What it does

• Click generate

• Get a draft with:

  • Scope

  • Milestones & timeline

  • Pricing outline

You still control the pricing and voice. ProposalGenAI just handles the boring structure, so you can tweak and send.
