I stopped forcing my son to memorize math and built an open-source game instead.

Hey everyone! 👋

My son, Nivin, was really struggling with rote memorization for his multiplication tables. It was boring for him and frustrating for me. Instead of fighting it, I decided to use AI (Google Antigravity) to build a custom, gamified web app just for him.

It features a strict speed timer, audio feedback, and a "Boss Level" to test mastery. The crazy part? It worked so well he actually asked me for more math homework!

I wanted to share it with the community, so I hosted it on Netlify for free and put the entire codebase on GitHub.

Anyone can fork it, tweak the timer, or add new features for their own kids.

I’d love to hear your feedback on it. Has anyone else here ended up building a tool just to solve a problem at home? Let me know! 👇
