I tried automating chat replies… and everything went wrong

I’m the builder behind this project.
This didn’t actually start as a “product”.
It started because I kept watching people use Telegram for business conversations… and everything broke once the chats became active.
What I repeatedly saw:
• messages getting missed
• two people replying the same customer
• AI replying at the wrong moment
• customers asking something important and nobody noticing
So I began building a small tool just to answer one question:
When multiple humans and automation are involved, who should reply to a conversation, and when?
Right now it’s very early and honestly a bit rough.
I’m not really here to promote — I’m trying to learn.
If you use Telegram (or any chat channel) for real customer conversations, I’d really love to know:
How do you currently handle many incoming chats at the same time?
Do you rely on manual replies, VAs, bots, or something else?
I suspect I might be solving the wrong problem, and hearing real workflows would help me much more than downloads.
Any feedback — even “this is useless” — is genuinely appreciated 🙏
