Launching Coniva.ai - AI agents for customer conversations, seeking early feedback
Hey folks,
Just shipped Coniva.ai after building it over the past few months. It's AI-powered customer conversation agents that integrate with websites, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
Current state: Fully functional, onboarding takes about 5 minutes, first month free with full feature access.
What I'm looking for:
Early users willing to actually use it (not just sign up and forget)
Honest feedback on UX, features, and what's missing
Understanding of real pain points in customer communication
What I learned so far: Building the integrations was easier than I thought. Making the AI actually understand business context well was harder than expected.
