Launching Native Tmux for Windows Powershell - No WSL needed.

by

Hi all,

I am launching Tmux for Powershell. it natively works on powershell. It does not need a Windows Subsystem for Linux or Linux itself, and it's very fast. It works over SSH. You can optionally SSH into your Windows box and use it.

It supports all Tmux shortcuts, as it is.

Is it Vibe coded? Coded with Vibe and AI. In today's world, is it worth writing code without using AI at all? Same thing goes for this. Responsibly coded and with AI assistance. 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, with psmux, You can manage sessions; they can run in the background just like it is with tmux.

And the best part is it is compatible with Claudecode, CodeX, OpenCode,Gemini,Copilot, etc as tmux is compatible with them in Linux.

You can also use Agent Teams in Claudecode. It works very well with it

It supports themes and plugins just like Tmux does. I also have made a Tmux plugin panel which will help you install plugins and themes quickly and easily.

You can spice up your terminal with no knowledge about editing configuration files. All you need to do is just install the Tmux Plugin panel. It is a terminal user interface with which you can just use your mouse to click through and install whatever you want. The Tmux plugin panel will take care of configuring your Tmux or PSMUX however you want.

If you mess up or if the Tmux plugin panel itself messes it up, you don't need to worry as you can reset it at any time through the reset options in it.

Please let me know your thoughts.
